Breaking the Silence on Anal Cancer, a landmark awareness event is taking place in Northern Ireland on Saturday 21st March 2026, in recognition of Anal Cancer Awareness Day.
This will be a groundbreaking first event of its kind in Northern Ireland and is a joint endeavour between the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust Lower GI Clinical Oncology team, Rad Chat (www.radchat.co.uk), Outpatients UK, Bottom Line Anal Cancer Charity, Radiotherapy UK and Macmillan Cancer Support. It will be one of the very few multi-stakeholder events anywhere in the world focused entirely on anal cancer awareness, survivorship and care.
