The NICaN Pharmacy Clinical Reference Group (CRG) is co-chaired by Ms Fionnuala Green and Ms Maire McGrady, Regional Lead Pharmacists (Job Share)
The Pharmacy CRG is responsible for leading and co-ordinating the planning and delivery of equitable and high quality pharmaceutical services to all patients within the NI Cancer Network. The Pharmacy CRG is the source of expertise to both the NICaN SACT CRG contributing to the annual work plan and agenda and to the Network providing pharmaceutical advice on cancer care issues. The CRG leads on the development of standards, policies, guidelines and manages the SACT protocol approval process. It is responsible for participating in capacity planning for cancer services leading on the Service Impact Assessment of new managed entry drugs across oncology and haematology.
