Finding out that you or someone close to you has cancer can be a difficult and confusing time. The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service is here to help – whether you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, or you’re a family member, carer or friend.

Compassionate Communities NI is an organisation providing education, support and resources to help us all live well until the end of life. The Rainbow Project

The Rainbow Project’s Cancer Champions service provides LGBTQIA+ inclusive cancer support across Northern Ireland. Their team supports LGBTQIA+ people living with cancer, carers, and anyone who needs guidance with screening or navigating services. The Rainbow Project also provides emotional support services to LGBTQIA+ people, including co-cultural counselling Counselling – The Rainbow Project.
Palliative and Advanced care planning support: Cancer Champions provide one-to-one support, information and signposting, LGBTQIA+ death cafe’s to explore grief, bereavement and pre-bereavement, and end of life workshops for those affected by cancer, including those in palliative care.
