GPNI in conjunction with Cancer Research UK and NI Cancer programme (legacy NICaN) are delighted to host a clinical lung cancer webinar featuring guest speakers Dr Claire Bradley and Dr Laurence Dorman. This webinar runs in conjunction with the “Spotting lung cancer early” public facing campaign which runs across Northern Ireland from the 11th March – 21st April. The webinar will look to support primary care clinicians in recognising and managing suspected lung cancer and will cover the following topics. – An overview of Lung Cancer facts & figures. – Patient barriers to help-seeking. – Lung cancer in never-smokers. – Recognition & referral of Lung Cancer – An overview of the upcoming public campaign. – A patient’s perspective.
