About the Programme
Living Life to the Full is a six-week, evidence-based course designed to equip participants with practical tools to manage low mood, stress, and mild to moderate depression or anxiety. Using a cognitive behavioural approach, it helps people understand their feelings, change unhelpful patterns, and develop skills to improve daily life.
