You’re invited to a Teams webinar introducing the NICaN Advanced Cancer Toolkit – a digital resource initially developed by specialist healthcare professionals in Northern Health and Social Care Trust alongside people with lived experience. This toolkit is designed to support those living with advanced cancer with a focus on quality of life and holistic wellbeing.
We’ll provide a brief walkthrough of the toolkit sections (physical, emotional, practical support and planning ahead) and discuss how it can be used for signposting and supportive care in clinical practice.
