We are pleased to introduce the NICaN Primary Care Bulletin – a new resource designed to support healthcare professionals working in primary care.
This concise bulletin brings together key updates, guidance, and practical resources to support day-to-day clinical practice. Each edition will include:
- updates to guidance and referral pathways
- education and learning opportunities
- useful tools and resources for clinicians and patients
The June 2026 edition features a range of topics, including:
- updated SACT guidance for patients presenting within 6 weeks of treatment
- access to NICaN guidance via the EOLAS app
- primary care education sessions and how to access recordings
- a regional update on breast assessment waiting times
- support for earlier diagnostic imaging
- resources for patients, including the Advanced Cancer Toolkit and Prehabilitation Toolkit
